Anyways, I have some ideas I would like to receive feedback and critique on.
Story line organization;
I believe we should go one of these two ways- To either have it as an actual novel, have chapters and what not, menu can have an option with "Table of contents" where you can start back where you left off, or if you have played through already, you can replay the scenes you enjoyed most. OR We can have "Act's" and scenes. Perhaps, 4 Act's, and 3 scenes each act? ie; Act 1; scene 2. All of course having their own respective titles. (obligatory beach day, PLEASE)
Suggested themes/acts/chapters/full story line ideas
(little bit of backstory in the first sentence?-) Scubakun's, our decided main protagonist, family is of a prestigious and well known marine biology decent, with everyone in the family having an affinity of the deep blue and it's creatures. So much so, that said family moved to a small island right on the beach, with a facility and everything. Of course, the only school nearby is in the little town of, Undawata c; (I did not come up with this name). It's so close, in fact, that even if he is late, ScubaKun can make it in time as long as he has some toast in his mouth and can find his scuba gear (which he loses pieces of quite often) I feel like ScubaKun should be a second year, so he isnt quite soooo young and not too big of a newb. As this is a new school, he has trouble finding his way around the big campus(as it is the only highschool in the area, has to be quite large) and
as time is running out for him to make it to class, he bumps into someshark and drops all of his papers. Said shark is our lovely Sharkchan, of course (she will be a tiger shark as stated by someone else, which I am very happy about) seeing how nervous Scubakun is, she reluctantly shows him to his class (even though she finds him quite cute, she totally doesnt want him to notice her) and to her surprise, they have homeroom together.
Class 2A. This is where our story unfolds, and comes back to relieve pressures, and have especially heartwarming moments. ScubaKuns sensei( male sea turtle is what I was imagining ) asks him to introduce himself, and sit by the window, where the only empty seat lies. (YESYES I KNOW ITS ALL SO GENERIC BUT I LOVE IT NONETHELESS). Nami-san sits by him.
aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand my brain is fried. Wrote this in the middle of 2 tests and homework on a hot day.
gunna try and wrap it up now.
A few events should include but not be limited to; beach day, cultural fesitival, study sessions, pe classes, (home and family introductions? )
Also we need to have a clumsy and silly character, I suggest a octopus with 8 left feet
lots and lots of bows, as many puns as we can fit in
Pls no harem, clear choices on which girls you can choose to go with.
Perhaps a special day towards the end, a date?
Objectives and whatnot would be nice, ya know like a find and click. I was hoping we could make this sort of a game as well as a VN, so we can have the most fun ever c:
