There's no com in romcom without good comedy! And therefore, we need lots of fin-tastic jokes, puns, and funny scenes.
Some possible scenes brought up earlier include:
Having Shark-chan become Shark-nyan after Scuba-kun gives her nekomimi/cat ears.
Beach day, because we all know that will end very well.
Other jokes/puns:
Small fins = small chest.

I'm a huge fan of puns, they are cheesy but silly. I had way too much fun finding these:
